Commercial Building remodel

This commercial building was very tired when we got to it: lack of insulation made it very noisy when it rained, very cold during the winter, and unshaded windows made it too hot in summer!

The extensive alterations included completely re-cladding the exterior walls with ply and Linea weatherboards, fitting new aluminum windows and a installing a new Colorsteel roof.

The roof profile was altered to include new eaves. A new entrance way was created at the ground level for a tenant of the building.

The building's tenants are very happy with the improved windows, roof and insulation.
